    Our Process and Methodology

AMRRI’s Productivity Improvement Plan follows a 4-step process.

    Step 1. Assessment.

    Step 2. Strategic Plan Development.

Step 3. Practices and procedures optimization & development.

Step 4. Initial scheduling development and deployment.

Click on any of the steps for more information.

Each step follows a well developed sequence and methodology. The first step represents a low cost review of the current state of affairs. It answers the question: Where are we exactly with our lubrication practices versus a ‘best of’ condition?

Step two is integrated with step one. Step two provides a clear strategic plan, including a development schedule, time projection, and cost projection for either training internal people, or to provide services to achieve the plan.

Step three represents the detailed reliability centric analysis of production machines, and the creation of a lubrication practice designed for maximum machine protection. This portion of the process is time consuming.

Step four provides a running start, a one to three month Lubrication Program Management period to iron out the kinks and bring plant personnel slowly onboard with a fully functioning program.

Contract the Entire Program Responsibility: AMRRI will provide turnkey Contract Lubrication practices if that is what you need. Contracts can include lubricant supply, application labor, outage support and full-time program management. Our approach is designed around your requirements.
